(German only)
The representative office building is one of the most important buildings in Baden-Baden’s pedestrian zone. The European Heritage Project is already represented in Baden-Baden with a number of architectural monuments that are being lovingly restored. The aim of all of this work is to support the application of the city of Baden-Baden for recognition as a World Heritage City.
Biography
The entrepreneur Peter Löw from Hofhegnenberg writes in his book about his success in restructuring companies and his thirst for adventure – not only in business life
At the moment, master nativity builder Rudolf Aitenbichler is working on a big, special project: he is restoring the “Hocker Krippe – a family nativity scene from Lauffen an der Traun – which dates back to the 18th century. This came about as part of the European Heritage Project through the initiative of Peter Löw, who acquired the Kaiserin- Elisabeth-Hospital in Lauffen, which is now being restored.
When the European Heritage Project acquired the 17th-century palazzo on the Grand Canal, it was already clear that the building would need extensive restoration and renovation work to restore it to its former glory.
