Project Lauffen: Oberösterreichisches Volksblatt
A lot of love, understanding and a little artistic talent

At the moment, master nativity builder Rudolf Aitenbichler is working on a big, special project: he is restoring the “Hocker Krippe  – a family nativity scene from Lauffen an der Traun – which dates back to the 18th century. This came about as part of the European Heritage Project through the initiative of Peter Löw, who acquired the Kaiserin- Elisabeth-Hospital in Lauffen, which is now being restored.
