Als das European Heritage Project den aus dem 17. Jahrhundert stammenden Palazzo am Canal Grande erwarb, war dem Gebäude bereits anzusehen, dass umfassende Sanierungs- und Renovierungsmaßnahmen von Nöten sein würden, um den Glanz vergangener Tage wiederherzustellen.
Der umfassende Sanierungs- und Instandhaltungsprozess des Palazzos startet mit aufwendigen Außenarbeiten. Die Arbeiten an der Fassade des historischen Anwesens sollen im November abgeschlossen sein.
